What would be very useful to me would to be able to be viewing the contents of a folder, and be able to add tags to the folder at the same time. For instance, a folder that contains a number of videos – I can easily select a file and watch it and add tags to it, but in order to add tags to the containing folder, I need to deselect it and go select the folder first. Ideally, I’d be able to watch a video and be adding tags to the folder as I do. Basically, I want to be able to just add tags to the folders and not worry much about the files it contains.

Any advice?
