I used AI to generate a summary, but my preferences concerning max characters and language were ignored.

Existing summaries are ignored for tag generation, too.

Thanks for reporting this, we will take a look. Some of the AI functionality depend on the used AI-models. Additionally in the AI-Settings you can adjust the prompts used for the AI-functionalities, to suit the used model → AI Functionality | TagSpaces Docs
