C-Log Thumbnails & Player via 2 Third Party Apps

Can you add MPV video player as an extension since it can play C-Log video footage (see: mpv.io/)? Also, can you add Icaros as an extension to create thumbnails for C-Log video footage (see: videohelp DOT com/software/Icaros - from the Netherlands - accessible via TOR browser).
