i would like to know if there is a licence or technical limitation on the number of tags?
i had to reindex and recollect all the tags from a location, and the Tag group show 500 collected tags, but that’s not all the tags.
if there is a limitaiton on collected tags, what could be the solution?
Technically i don’t care the limit of 500 on one group tag, i can organize myself but it seems that is limited to 500 to all … if i reindex the location when adding tags to a file it don’t propose some tags that i kn ow exist, once added manually by me it then propose it for this session.
if there is a method to have all tags availabe that should be cool. i did a script i’m arroun 1800 tags…
We should make the max. amount of the collected tags configurable…
eventually. but the question could be how to get all the tags from a location?
by mistake, during an upgrade i loose my tagspace config (yes i know i should have done a backup…) so now i would like to havve the tags collected to allow me to reorganise them…
We have increased the number of tags to 1500 for the next release. Please write us an email if you want to receive a pre-release version and for which operation system.
