Wanting to confirm if my initial attempts to start using TagSpace more is recommended. I am a digital hoarder who often gets confused so I have massive amounts of files. I have been starting to go thru each folder on my laptop and deciding if I need to keep the individual files within each folder. If I want to keep the file I copy/move to a folder that I created that is sorted by Alphabetic Name. Then I am later going back to Tag Spaces and adding a correct tag or description. This Alphabetic Master Folder is backed up to an external drive since it would have the original files that I want to keep. This Master Alphabetic Folder is growing in size and am concerned about hard drive space.
