every time I start the application it takes me through the guided tour and doesn’t remember any of the locations that I’ve set up
This usually happens when the application is still running for some reason in the background. You can try to kill the tagspaces.exe process in the taskbar or just restart your computer if you do not know how to do this.
Hi. I am experiencing the same issue on my Windows machine, and I have already checked that there are no active TagSpaces processes running in the background. Despite ensuring that the application is completely closed, my configuration settings are still not saved upon reopening the application.
EDIT: its appens in user mode, if I open tagspaces as administrator work ok. But I don´t want to use tagspaces allways in administrator mode due security reasons.
TagSpaces does not require Admin-mode. It appears for me that your user rights are stricter than the usual non-admin user.
Problem solved adding some new rules to the firewall. Thankyou very very much.
