I am interested in using Tagspaces for the Folderviz tree view feature and was wondering what properties are displayed of each ‘node’ in the view.
Is the Folderviz functionality ‘out of the box’ ready to use? I don’t have to feed it information, it can provided with a location, and from there it ‘automagically’ creates the Folderviz view?
If it’s a folder, does it also show NTFS security properties? What if it’s a file?
The folderviz-view is generated automatically from the folder structure with files in the folders. The nodes represent folder, files and in some cases tags or URL. For files we show currently the files, the file size and a the thumbnail if available. For folders we show the same field except file size.
We are open for suggestion for further attributes… But I think that NTFS security properties could not be read with TagSpaces…
