Automatically add tag to all files in folders and keep it updated

It is currently possible to tag a folder, but it would be nice to have the option to automatically add a certain tag to all files within a folder and keep that tag updated. So for instance if I have a folder called “mechanics”, I could set that folder to add the tag “physics” to all files that are currently in it or that are moved to it in the future; moving a file out of the folder would then ask me if I’d like to keep that tag in the file or eliminate it. Thanks!

Unfortunately this fantastic feature is still not available even after 3 Years :frowning:

New user here. I’d like to see that feature, too!

It is very, VERY tedious for the extra steps to open the folder, strg+a all files and drag the tag over one of the marked files.
That would be a REALLY bad workflow!
