My scenario is like this:
I have more than 20 years collected and organized video notes from martial arts workshops (over 1000 video files taking about 40 GB at reduced resolution which I use for tagspaces). My tagspaces directory is shared and both used on my computer and on several mobile devices so that I can bring the library to any training session.
Each video contain one or more application from one of our forms. Each technique have a name, and I have used tagspaces to tag each video with the various technique names it contains. I also tag other things like if a technique contains certain weapons or multiple opponents or many other things.
To do this I have used tags that contains spaces, which so far has worked very well as I let tagspaces store the tags using the json files. I would never want to have the tags in the filenames anyway, since they are already quite long, and the technique names I use for tags are also very long, and often a single video needs more than one tag.
So: I really would like tagspaces to officially support tags containing spaces when using json files. It is extremely useful for my scenario, and all other scenarios where the tag names need to be long and based on sentences.
See attached screenshot for an example of how it looks.
And finally: A huge thanks for developing this system. I have looked for something like this for 10 years without finding anything!
