I would like to know if it possible to move a folder (keeping all the lables intact of course), I didn’t find a way to do it; but maybe I just didn’t look in the right place!

Moving folders is currently not possible in TagSpaces, but you can move folders with other file manager like Windows Explorer. The tags applied to the folder and files will be move automatically, since there are persisted in this folder and not in a database.
Thank you for the information, using the standard file manager works in that case.
I find TagSpaces a very good idea and a big step forward with respect to usual file managers, for many reasons that it would be too long to explain here, but then it should be able to compete with and have all the basic features of file managers.
I hope this feature is under consideration and to see it soon in TagSpaces, that would be a good point for using TagSpaces as “the” file manager!
